Two of our sons are going to the Gorge over Labor Day weekend for a Dave Matthews Band concert so when I saw this puzzle I bought it for one of them for a Christmas gift because he loves to put together puzzle. It is the perfect piece.

I loved doing this puzzle. All artwork is a challenge when made into a puzzle, but this was a good one. Beautiful print.

Abstaining from a task is useful for breaking through a creative block; it also seems that making psychological distance may be useful for the train of thought as well. Study confirms that daydreaming can help with the artistic thought process. Embrace absurdity! The mind is always seeking to make sense of the things that it sees, and surreal art as well as abstract art put the mind into the override mode for some time while it tries to work out just exactly what it is looking at.
