Colin, now you need to change the URL in your contact area.

Go to settings and then see Contact Information and put in the website with the new URL

Nancy I see you have your own domain name. You need to secure it with Cloudflare

@Jessica - Maybe because I don't know much about what I'm doing? Is that not required? I don't want to make lots of admin work for people, but if www is not supposed to be there, then can I get that changed? Sorry if I'm causing extra work.

But using your domain name is not secure by itself.

Ah! Thanks so much. My custom domain name has not been working for a little while. It looked like the IP address for pixels changed and I hadn't fixed my DNS record. Umm, that's kind of the extent of my understanding. Today I've been working on getting my custom domain to point correctly to my pixels website when I stumbled across this thread and found that FAA could actually change my pixels site name to something a little cleaner, just like Colin requested above. I think I'm getting closer to having it all sorted out. Thanks so much for the patience and help!

Let Abbie know because it's not working now with the new one. You can't do both. People who want Abbie to change the URL DONT have their own domain name

Hi Abbie, I'm piggy backing on this thread...
For 3 days now I cant access my Pixels website. It keeps defaulting to FAA. I've cleared my cache but that didnt work. What could be wrong? Can you help with this? Thanks.

When I search for your premium site on Google, FAA site comes up.
