NOTE: This thread is purely and ONLY to show what A.I. art can do, and NOT an exploration on its validity nor the ethics nor the objections of its existence, those arguments will and has been discussed at nauseam on other threads, please go to those other threads if you are so inclined. For example, pick HERE "Is AI Art Even Art?"
The hope here is to educate and open minds of those who once shunned the establishment that they may have now become, and to open and free up minds to a NEW artistic tool and technique. But I'm a realist, I know darn well this will only be helpful for those who hasn't already made up their minds, maybe for those sitting on the fence.
So without further ado, Please show us your A.I. art, whether it's a simple art filter or a text to art generator! Yes, this is a bonified APPROVED image thread.
...I'll go first........
........this is what I got from the A.I. engine. There's always work needed after A.I. does its thing, even after you've generated more than a couple dozen images in hopes of getting what you're looking for.....sometimes, you never get what you're looking for..........A.I. is not always "Intelligent"! ........................................and as always, cheers! 🍸🍸

You beat me to it...I was going to ask Abbie if I could start a thread like this. Thanks!
Edited to add: This was made in Stable Diffusion....I'd love to know where everyone's art was made, only if you feel comfortable sharing here....I know some of you already did. Thanks!

Carmen, and anyone interested in trying AI for free, I use NightCafe (https://creator.nightcafe.studio/create) for free. And the AI program, Stable Diffusion, makes the best art there.. IMHO. You can actually get 37 free credits every day. By sharing 10 of your creations on Social Media - see details on their site, they also give you 5 free credits every day (for 1 credit you can make 4 pictures in Stable Diffusion)...and they have daily challenges you can enter, if you vote you get another 2 credits. I have over 100 credits right now and never paid for anything!
Edited to add: This was made in Stable Diffusion...

This piece of the 4 playing card Queens, the Queen of Hearts, Spades, Diamonds, and Clubs, is a result of combining 4 A.I. artworks, I probably had to generate a dozen images for each of the images, but at the end I got what I was looking for. And I never started looking for the "gambling" concept (I honestly actually forgot what I was looking for), but when I got the queen that had a heart on its cheeks, it gave me inspiration for a gamblers' motif.....just as all art should give you inspiration, A.I. art inspires! So I went on a tangent direction because of this A.I. inspiration and concept in my head, for playing card queens. Most of my A.I. generation produce junk! (lol!) (fwiw, A.I. text generators tend to err on the side of futuristic bladerunner or over the top royal gladiator fantasy and video game and anime portraits which is what I got a lot of...and which is NOT what I wanted, so I spent a lot of my "energy points" to get these 4 gems......and I'm on a paid subscription which only gives me a maximum number of energy points per day before the subscription becomes a virtual "brick"! lol). ............in any case, after I found what I was looking for, as I mentioned in my opening post, imperfections had to be corrected, the borders that hopefully gives the abstract illusions of Vegas playing cards had to be added, and needless to say, all 4 had to be combined.....in a dark and mysterious composition......oh, and the facial tones were all over the place, had to make all 4 look like they were meant to be together, tonal-wise! ...................cheers! 🍸🍸

I was on an Angel Spree and had to specifically ask for certain nationalities as I was getting mostly Caucasian Angels.....this one is an Indian Angel..(I can't remember if I asked for this one to be from India, the country, or a Native American Indian. Sorry.)

Thanks for starting this thread, I think it will be interesting!
My example was produced in two stages, first a base image was created using Dall-E 2, nothing special really. The fun starts in stage 2 when I use Studio Artist 5.5 to put MY stamp on what the finished image looks like. This might look more like digital art than AI art, but that is my intention. I used Studio Artist in automatic mode (it can also do assisted and manual painting), which uses AI when applying selected presets. Using this methodology, there are many thousands of different style looks that can be applied to the base image. From memory, I think the example below combines about 4 or 5 presets, and some masking was used for the finished image.
Although I have seen some incredible AI work both here on FAA and elsewhere, I do wonder if we might become a little bored with 'straight' AI art in the future simply because there will be so much of it around, and much of it looking the same.

Rose, perhaps suggest FAA prints on Kimonos, you could be onto a winner!
Regards 'much of it looking the same', that comment is directed more at the 'style of painting', rather than the subject of the artwork. Agree that subject wise, AI is producing lots of different and visually interesting outputs.

I've heard some programmes are amazing straight out of the box. Rest assured, some aren't lol

I concur, Philip and Abbie, combining "AI and digital art" works for me.....and I'll toss in photography and even photos of your own traditional paintings and other media into that mix too, a true and unrestrained form of artistic expression! AI being just another medium in your toolbox, mix and match whatever you need to bring out your artistic visions, explorations, and growth! -W

Party Dress. This was part of a recent seven day art challenge themed "Clothing'' hosted by Abbie.
A whimsical party dress of fun, festivity and wonderful swirling energy.
Many years ago during the 1980's I worked the second shift as a nursing assistant while I was attending nursing school. Part of my unwinding process every night after work in my studio apartment consisted of taking my little sketch pad and pencil and doodling fashion designs while enjoying The Tonight Show with Johnny Carson.
Party Dress is an old sketch that I put into an AI Wombo to generate finishing touches to the original design. Hours were spent tweaking adjectives to make my original design what I envisioned. Hours. The design was then used as a reference for digital painting with an iPad and pen. More hours. Lots of experimenting and learning. The creative process is the creative process for me. It is something I have done for over 50 years now, and while times are changing, and how we produce art may be evolving as it always has done, it is something I still love to do and is part of my life everyday. I hope you enjoy my art as much as I enjoy creating it!

"Dreamland of Gold Composition 16H" by Yuri Tomashevi
People had gold in high regard from ancient times. Golden times, golden autumn, golden heart, golden character, the gold standard - all those terms tell us about purity and power of gold.
This artwork presents my impression of the dreamland of gold.
The base image was created in Wombo Dream.

About the Steampunk Line of Motorcycles, These fantastic machines only exist in my mind. And here in the Steampunk Motorcycle Gallery. I invented them, and with the help of the Artificial Intelligence computer, I have created a portfolio of Abstract Fine Art Images. There are no showrooms or dealers. They are figments of my imagination that I have created. These are original Fine Art Images for you to enjoy and hopefully purchase as a Fine Art Reproduction on canvas, as a framed print, or as one or the other substructures. You can also purchase consumer items like T-shirts, mugs, phone cases, beach towels, or one of the dozens of products we offer here for you to enjoy. I hope you enjoy your visit to the Steampunk Winery and find something you would like to hang on your wall or one of the many other gift ideas.

Rose and Wings,
Being that Abbie allows Photography as a month to month thread, maybe she would allow some individual to run a month to month thread for AI generated art only.
That way Natalie Holland's thread could still post non Photography non AI art too.
I nominate both of you being that you both conduct yourselves fantastically.

@Drew, good idea.
@Rose, if this becomes a monthly post, please take the honor of running it, as I don't have the discipline to renew it every month.

Drew and Wings....I just sent Abbie a private message asking her thoughts on my running a monthly AI thread. I'll let you know what she says. If she's okay with it, I will start one for March in a week or two. Thanks for the idea!

Abbie and David think it should be a Digital Art (which includes AI) monthly thread. Makes sense. Would you all like to share your AI art in a thread like that?

Congratulations Rose, That will more than likely Drive some extra traffic your way.

Thanks for sharing everyone. Your works have been nothing short of spectacular and inspiring! As all good things must come to an end, so will this thread as we have reached the one month expiry. Please continue to post your AI artwork at https://fineartamerica.com/showmessages.php?messageid=8192219

Apparently there IS already a thread which we can add our AI art to....Abbie pointed it out to me. It is here: https://fineartamerica.com/showmessages.php?messageid=8192219 I, for some reason, thought that was only for Paintings. David and I did not realize that we can add our AI art there. Sorry, but I will have to close the new thread I started. Please add your new AI artwork to the thread I linked to. Mea Culpa!
