I didn't notice if it was. I popped in a few times throughout the day yesterday, and everything seemed fine. Sites go down sometimes, though.

I think they're hosted by AWS, so outages can be regional when they do happen. Don't quote me on that though.

regional AWS problem would explain why I experienced it and others didn't. maybe the weather that day.
