Our puzzles are made from premium 0.2" thick paper stock and include a semi-gloss coating on the top surface to make the image pop. I am in a bit a quandary regarding this order. I have not received it. The UPS tracking shows it coming to Canada then going to California. I have not been able to contact UPS as they only seem to want to hear from US addresses. Fine Art America has not been of any assistance in getting me connected with my order. As a result of this experience, I do not plan on ordering anything more from this supplier. Too bad, there are a lot of nice things on their website. If this matter gets sorted out, I will update this review. Update: my order eventually arrived and I am quite happy with it.

I probably will NOT purchase from this site again. The quality of the puzzle was just okay, for example there were many pieces where the backing was delaminating. (See 2 photos) Additionally, the size was advertised as 20" x 28". The finished puzzle size was actually 19-5/8" x 26-1/8". I feel that skimping on the size resulted in the face of the bottom kitty being half obscured when framed. This is the most I've ever paid for a puzzle that I expected to be perfect. (I could only select 1 photo. Please email me if you want photos of puzzle pieces delaminating.)

This is the fifth installment of my morning spent photographing at the iconic Boneyard Beach, located at the Botany Bay Preserve on the island of Edisto.
I chose to go with a panoramic version to give more weight to the one word in the title of this piece; equalization.
In music, this term means; The adjustment of timbre, or tone quality, achieved by changing the amplitude of a signal at different frequencies.
As it applies to this photograph, the equalization can be realized by the geometric positioning of the various skeleton trees found at this amazing landscape.
