I probably will NOT purchase from this site again. The quality of the puzzle was just okay, for example there were many pieces where the backing was delaminating. (See 2 photos) Additionally, the size was advertised as 20" x 28". The finished puzzle size was actually 19-5/8" x 26-1/8". I feel that skimping on the size resulted in the face of the bottom kitty being half obscured when framed. This is the most I've ever paid for a puzzle that I expected to be perfect. (I could only select 1 photo. Please email me if you want photos of puzzle pieces delaminating.)

I love the puzzle as I live in Shingletown. It was very difficult! But the letters that say "Gateway To Lassen" are CUT OFF it only shows part of the quotes. 🤦♀️ So disappointing! ☹ *See attached image.

The schools current name, the fifth in university history, was established in 1965--North Carolina State University at Raleigh.
The North Carolina General Assembly established in NCSU on 7 March 1887. The 1862 Morrill Act, passed by the US Congress, offered federal land to states for the establishment of colleges to teach "agriculture and mechanic arts." North Carolina College of Agriculture and Mechanic Arts opened in the fall of 1889 with 72 students, six faculty, and one building (Main Hall--today, known as Holladay Hall).
