I am in a bit a quandary regarding this order. I have not received it. The UPS tracking shows it coming to Canada then going to California. I have not been able to contact UPS as they only seem to want to hear from US addresses. Fine Art America has not been of any assistance in getting me connected with my order. As a result of this experience, I do not plan on ordering anything more from this supplier. Too bad, there are a lot of nice things on their website. If this matter gets sorted out, I will update this review. Update: my order eventually arrived and I am quite happy with it.

I probably will NOT purchase from this site again. The quality of the puzzle was just okay, for example there were many pieces where the backing was delaminating. (See 2 photos) Additionally, the size was advertised as 20" x 28". The finished puzzle size was actually 19-5/8" x 26-1/8". I feel that skimping on the size resulted in the face of the bottom kitty being half obscured when framed. This is the most I've ever paid for a puzzle that I expected to be perfect. (I could only select 1 photo. Please email me if you want photos of puzzle pieces delaminating.)

I haven't done the puzzle yet but I was very pleased with the speed it was sent. The puzzle itself is brilliant I only wish I were able to find Linda Carruth's puzzles in England
During the winter months in the desert Southwest, such as in Arizona, this uncommon occurance will happen if the temperatures drop and the precipitation turns to snow at the lower elevations. It is always an exciting event to see snowfall on the saguaro cactus plants in the desert. I am certain the Gambel's Quail are never really happy when that occurs. Lucky for them the snow usually melts during the sunny daytime hours. Many times during the winter months snow can be seen on the mountain tops surrounding the Valley of the Sun, but it is never really expected to frost the various cacti! This type of scenery brings feeling of the Christmas Holidays and I think this watercolor painting would make an excellent Christmas card.
