Password Reset - No Link, 18 Months

I created an artist account here are FAA nearly 18 months ago. Somehow I have lost my password. When I click the password reset button, it says an emails has been sent but no email arrives. I've emailed support numerous times over the past 18 months and never received a response. At this point, I want to have my artwork removed from FAA but I don't know who to contact to remove it.

Without access to my account, and with no response from support, is there ANY way I can get FAA's attention and have my content removed (and any royalties owed to me paid out)? Who can I reach out to for help?

NOTE - I am posting this from a new account I just created. Just in case someone was wondering.

Make sure you don't use the auto fill for putting in your password and email address. Some people have problems with that.

Did you search for your name on FAA? Did it come up in the search?

1. Passwords are case sensitive
2. Turn off, or update any auto form filler on your browser if you've changed the password recently or you share your browser with someone
3. Make sure if copying that you are not leaving a space at either end

I’ve just done a password reset an had no issues, the e-mail arrived, check your spam/junk folder to see if your e-mail reset password is there.
