Shipping Damage

I bought one of my prints that was damaged from poor packaging.
I can't find where an option is for refund/return.

Contact customer service with your order number and send a photo of the damage. They will either do a refund or send another print.

You received an order confirmation, including return information, when you made the purchase.

I have made thousands of sales and purchases from the FAA, and my experience is that the packaging is excellent. Occasionally something happens. Just part of doing business in the mail-order business.

 

Thanks - yes, I know problems happen - such is life.
