Can I Pick And Choose Which Products I Want My Art Printed On?

Hi-

I'm new here, and I am trying to get an answer about if I can narrow down which products to have my art available on this site. For example, I want to offer note cards and prints, but I'm not interested in offering my art on shower curtains. I can't see how to pick and choose which products show up. Customer service won't respond.

Yes you choose. If there is merch you don't wish to sell, then don't put in your markup price. Leave the price completely blank, no zero.

Also, be sure you delete the prices in your default settings for future uploads.

Only by pricing or not pricing can you choose.

You didn't upload anything yet. It will make more sense when you do that. Almost forgot ... Welcome!

Just keep it blank and it will be gone. Be sure the bulk edit and default pricing matches.

Welcome!

I understand where you’re coming from, but you might consider leaving your options open, you never know what a potential buyer is looking for or getting ideas by just scrolling through your Merch (I had buyer purchasing coffee mugs and interested in getting a shower curtain w the same image ..).

What's amatter you don't like Nanuk the polar bear on a shower curtain?

Just kidding of course but your "real" art Nanuk looks good on a shower curtain.

I haven't bought or sold one yet but I'm so impressed with how artwork looks on shower curtains that I recently sponsored a contest called MOTHS FOR SHOWER CURTAINS. I think if you're on a computer and click on my artist portrait (monarch butterfly Caterpillar) and click on contests I think you can see paintings and photographs of moths large and small that you may or may not enjoy like I do when you look at them displayed as a shower curtain.

Though I only use one of them my decrepit old house has 3 bathrooms and eventually I want an art shower curtain for each one. Because why not?

That said if you or anyone only wanted to sell greeting cards just because. Or just prints because that's where the money is the choice is yours.

For me if you want to buy anything from me.. shower curtain...duvet cover bedspread ......beach towel .....Coffee cup.... etc. Than come one and all and thank you very much!

I just started 6 ish months ago but you are newer than I am. Good luck.

Once I read an interesting observation: when we go to museums the shops are full of merchandise with printed options of wonderful art. And the art doesn't diminish its value because it's printed on a tote bag, for example.
But it's great that each artist can choose what to offer. I also offer everything.

I did as people suggested and didn't put in a mark-up, but I am getting an error message stating "you must enter a mark-up"

Then you are likely putting in a zero or a space. The price area must be left completely empty for it to not trigger that product.

You only have two great images, so I suggest you don't upload anymore until you figure out what you want to do and how to do it.

Editing a lot of images can be a pain, and you don't always get what you want on the first edit.

Make sure you set your default prices at what you want and price only the items you want to sell.

Personally, it is lost money, IMHO, not to price all the products and let the marketplace decide for themselves what they do and do not want to buy your images on.

If you have doubts if there is anything in the price box, place your cursor in the box and hit delete.

Leaving the price blank shouldn't get you any error message.
